Sardinia - Luxury

Sardinia is a beautiful island in Italy which has been influenced by many cultures including Phoenician, Carthaginian, Roman, Catalan, Pisan and Piemontese. The island is home to fine sand, sparkling waters, and beautiful beaches.

For those looking to experience Sardinia while living in luxury, we offer holiday vacation properties at a reasonable price. Visitors can enjoy the luxurious rooms and amenities at one of our houses, apartments or luxury rental villas. Many properties include Jacuzzi tubs and saunas and some properties include a private barbeque area for informal dining. Maid service is also available for a small additional fee at many holiday locations.

At S'Apposentu in Cagliari visitors can get a taste of delicious Sardinian cuisine, including dishes such as baby lamb, roast pigeon with white vernaccia sauce, and a plate of lasagne. The restaurant is located in Cagliari's opera house, the Teatro Lirico.

Visitors can enjoy upscale shopping on Cagliari's two well-known shopping streets, Via Manno and Via Garibaldi. The streets are lined with boutiques and high-end clothing stores.

Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a relaxing afternoon of golf at Is Molas in Pula. The course is 18 holes and has won tributes from Tom Watson and Jack Nicklaus.

In Costa Verde, visitors can enjoy the beautiful untamed wilderness and a deserted and peaceful coastline. Given the area's sparse population, Costa Verde is a great place to see birdlife. Visitors can also tour the nearby town of Ingurtosu, an abandoned mining town.

Each February, Oristano hosts the Sa Sartiglia festival, which features vibrant costumes and ritual jousting competitions on horseback. Oristano also hosts an arts and crafts exhibition each summer, which features local foods and wines.

Alghero, visitors can stop at the Caffe Costantino for a late-night glass of wine or a cup of delicious coffee. The café is elegant with its yellow flowered walls, chandeliers and classical music. Baraonda is another local wine bar which features specialty liqueurs and grappas from throughout Sardinia.

Nazionale di Turismo Equestre offers horseback riding tours along Sardinia's coast and inland.
